Down 26 pounds as of this morning’s weigh-in! Started the @raycronise program March 8th and now 4 weeks later, I’ve lost a small child worth of weight! Doc told me to lose 50 pounds after the heart attack; I’m now over halfway to that goal (when I get there, I’ll share my start and finish weights)!
