I hate to have to post these kind of videos but the world needs to see this animal cruelty that is being done to around 10 million cats a year in America.
This is the caption on this video that the cat owner wrote, “Here I am right after that horrible declawing experience! My masters think it’s funny that I’m shaking my paws to get those infernal bandages off. Oh, the indignity of it all!” I have to believe that we need to blame this disturbing insensitivity on the declawing vets, who deceive these cat owners to believe that this feline paw mutilation is just a standard and ok thing to do to their cats.
It’s not ok!!!!!????
Amputating a cats toe bones and claws is nothing to laugh at and should be illegal in America like it is in 42 countries.
Please join us in the March for cats and claws on May 4th, 3pm, in Tarrytown, Ny at the NY state veterinary conference that is being put on by the New York state veterinary medical Society and Cornell veterinary college.
The NYSVMS is once again trying to stop the anti-declawing bill in NY so their vets can keep performing this sadistic and mutilating procedure on thousands of cat$.
Cornell isn’t supporting this cat protection bill.?? Cornell talked a good talk to get Rhoda Hogan’s $125,000 bequest in 2007. Mrs Hogan wanted her money to go to an organization that would use it to help end declawing and support legislation to ban it.
Cornell still hasn’t used $25k of her money and you will be shocked and appalled at what they said they did with the other $100,000.
