INGREDIENTS
■ Capsule of Roma
■ 20ml of Milk
■ 1 teaspoon of sugar

MATERIALS
■ Aeroccino milk frother or your Nespresso machine's steam wand
■ Espresso cup (40ml)

PREPARATION
■ Prepare some milk froth using your Aeroccino milk frother or the steam wand of your Nespresso machine.
■ Prepare a capsule of either Roma, Indriya from India or Volluto Grand Cru in Espresso (40 ml / 1.3 fl oz) and add sugar if desired
■ Top the Espresso with a little frothed milk - For a milder taste, add more milk froth
