Five years ago I remember checking my training schedule and counting down the workouts until rest day so that I could have a day off of training and recover. My goal was simply to lose weight after having children. Now I train everyday because I love fitness and I count down to my next workout, sometimes twice a day! Oh how the tables have turned, something I used to help me to feel happy about my body now makes me happy as a person - thank you fitness! You rock! --------------------------
