Reflecting on this past weekend of USA Sport Nationals: A little older, but also wiser. I have learned so many things so far throughout my life as a professional athlete and as a person in general. For the athlete side, as you get older you sometimes fear the unexpected and wonder how long you can keep improving. WELL... I have learned that you gain SO much experience over the years and you learn how to become a smarter athlete and you adapt to a different type of training and living. I believe all my ups and downs have taught me many life lessons that I’m very grateful for and they have made me the determined athlete and person I am today. We are the sum of our life experiences.
