18.4 in the books & I am SO PROUD! To say I have “struggled” with deadlift workouts in the past would be an understatement .. We have been working SO HARD on my deadlifts & this was the first time I feel like I was excited for them to show up & I felt like I was able to WORK through them! Still a long way to go .. but for now, this is a win.
