After having my first child I never thought I’d have the confidence to wear a bikini at the beach again, after having my second child I never thought I’d have the confidence to show my body with the lights on again! At the age of 30 I’ve never been as old as I am now, as comfortable and confident in my own skin and as brave and accepting of my body as I am now. It goes to show just how challenging and surprising life can be, when one day the unimaginable becomes everyday! I remember the first time I tried to plank after having babies and my stomach with a squishy weak floppy mess with my elbows shaking beneath me struggling to last more than ten seconds. Today I’m a woman reborn and I want you to take that with you my darlings, you can do anything you put your mind to, we are all capable of such fantastic things and nothing and nobody can ever hold us back; yes I can, yes YOU can and yes WE can together! --------------------------
