This is my friend Katie Hill( @katiehillforcongress ). I met Katie when I started working with @pathpartners where she was the exec director. She's the daughter of a registered nurse and police officer, and went to public schools. She is bold, fearless, diligent, and kind. She's devoted to stabilizing families, addressing poverty at its roots, and bringing tangible and real change to her own community. She has dedicated her career to being a voice for vulnerable populations and believes underrepresented communities are heard. She is running for Congress in her home town- California’s 25th district.
Katie is one of the many women that inspire me-and the kind of person I want representing California.
