Model and actress Adwoa Aboah is getting girls around the world to open up about mental health, body image, and female empowerment through her amazing project @GurlsTalk. Through her website, she is creating a safe space for girls to listen to each other and share stories about issues we all face growing up. GurlsTalk provides stories and videos discussing bisexuality, body image, female empowerment, and self-love on a platform free from judgment and stigma. The most important message she would like girls to take away from GurlsTalk is to be vulnerable, be open, and be true to yourself. "I found when I was trying to be someone else everything was so much harder. But when I was true to myself, I felt so much freer."
