Blanche has always had a dirty mouth. When I got her she had bad teeth and they just got worse, despite routine cleanings and... a lot of money. But now, years later, with the rotted ones out, I try my best to brush her worn down chiclets so she doesn’t have to be put under for a deep cleaning. It’s hard to brush her teeth because she simply won’t let you but, with work, I think she has stopped fearing the toothbrush and now fights me less, maybe because her little mouth doesn’t hurt anymore. She is such a good little soldier. She’s slowly understanding that a little discomfort now saves her a lot of pain later! She understands the concept! It’s weird there’s no TOOTH emoji.
