I cried y’all. A few times. What a phenomenal moment it was at the @essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards Luncheon. Overwhelming. I went home filled to the brim and numb at the same time from witnessing all the love, power and dynamism in that room. All my love and respect to the honorees @ダナイ・グリラ @tessamaethompson @lenawaithe and @tiffanyhaddish . And @ダナイ・グリラ what an honor to speak on the complete brilliance that is you my dear friend. Oh how proud I am of your heroism in all it’s forms and how more and more are seeing it. @ava happened y’all ?And @vickyjeudy and @thebettygabriel so great meeting you both!
