The Costume Designers Guild Awards was a very inspiring night. @gershaphillips our very own from Star Trek Discovery was nominated. Beyond deserving. Gersha I tell you all the time how brilliant you are and I won’t be stopping any time soon. I was so grateful to be there with you. ❤️ I had so much fun with you @wcruz73 presenting Excellence in Period Television! (Congrats Jane Petrie!) Backstage was LIT, key-keyed with talented ladies @ジーナ・ロドリゲス (you betta HOST honey!) and @サラ・ハイランド whom I adore. #lilytomlin happened. ? I was gazing at the dynamic sketches and images on the screen, sensing the passion that fuels the artistry and feeling the profound connections between the artists in the room. It was awesome. Inspiring for REAL.
