In preparation for our festive weekend, @carolinepearce and I are back at it! Here are core exercises you can do at home without equipment! Want even more of a challenge? Will be posting more videos on @gogethiit very soon! ?

Steps:
1. Bicycle abs
2. Spider-Man’s
3. Side plank alternating sides
4. Side plank w/elbow to knee crunch (each side)
5. V sit w/leg cross overs ascending and descending (up-down is 2 reps)
6. Partner leg throw-downs (hold a pole or fixed upright if no partner)

20 reps per exercise, 3-5 rounds (60 seconds rest between rounds)! ? #gogethiit
