Wuuuuzzzup?! Its my off the chains first harvest picture and I am SO EXCITED it’s just silly!? I wasn’t really supposed to harvest anything, but my chard and lettuce have gotten so big that they’re blocking all the light on my pea sprouts behind them, so I figured I could afford to grab a few leaves from them.? The lettuce was great with my moms homemade honey dijon dressing and we sautéed the chard with some ginger and lemon. The chard was insanely amazing. Not even 10 minutes of cooking time and it was unbelievably tender and mild.? #millasgarden #urbangarden #ladiary❤️❤️❤️
