Back from South Africa and the garden is doing SO WELL! Look how gorgeous that chard is! Swipe➡️ the snap peas are growing up the trellis and my lettuce’s look bright and happy! I’m sending my potting soil in to be analyzed to see what minerals it has because i read an amazing book called #theintelligentgardener by Steve Soloman and he talks about how mineral deficiency’s in the soil make our food so much less nutritious, so I’m excited to see how my potting soil fares after the test.
