? Giant panda breeding season may be approaching within the next few weeks! Mei Xiang has started displaying some pre-estrus behaviors indicating that she may soon be ready to breed. She has been restless, scent-marking and vocalizing. Tian Tian is always very perceptive to any hormonal changes in Mei Xiang. He has been focused on her since last weekend, even moving his food and toys to the window between their yards so he can watch her. He also is scent-marking and vocalizing to her.
