I love to hear your answers! And here is my story: I know what it feels like to weigh over 200 lbs, suffer from chronic fatigue, & having no drive, no direction, & no get-up-and-go. And it sucks! My feet where in "cement-blocks", crippled in fear. So, I’m my mind, I envisioned the women I wanted to become: Fearless, active, fun, creative, joyful, with a robust life full of friends and happiness. And then I took action, and did all I could within my power to make positive lifestyle changes to become her! And slowly, but surely, I BECAME the women I WANTED to be.
