After attempting a million double unders (trying to get them in time for the open ?... 3 people tried helping me but NOPE NOT TODAY ??‍♀️), a wod of 55 push-ups and 55 hang cleans for time, and then all this extra fun stuff, it’s safe to say I’m lookin like a bruise, rip, and whip victim ?
