I love this series to really make everything burn.

I will say if you want to build muscle you need to eat a surplus ofcalories and lift weights ladies, but to stay lean and tone up I love adding movements like these in.

Crunches: make sure to not use momentum and lift all the way up.

Booty lifts: it’s important not to hyper extend so that you do not get in the lower back
.

Hyperextensions: Focus I’m lifting and lowering with you lower back and try not to use momentum. Slower is better here.
