The Duke of Kent, as Deputy Colonel-in-Chief of The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, has visited the regiment who are currently based in Cyprus.
During the visit, HRH attended a Command Briefing, visited the Green Line, the Mobile Force Reserve and Gleneagles Camp, before presenting Long Service and Good Conduct medals.
The Queen is Colonel-in-Chief of Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, which is made up of several historical regiments who, between them, have earned a total of 88 battle honours and famous for their victory at Waterloo in 1815.
