Last night, Princess Alexandra attended 'A Celebration' concert at Buckingham Palace to recognise the power music has to enrich people’s lives, especially those suffering with dementia.
The concert was a collaboration between the UK's leading Alzheimer's charity @alzheimerssoc, @wigmore_hall, @lpchoir and @BSOrchestra, all organisations to which Princess Alexandra is Patron.

Princess Alexandra has been Patron of @alzheimerssoc since 1990 – the UK’s leading dementia charity, which works to improve care and create lasting change for people affected by dementia.
