Next week we are finally sharing our first album in nearly four years. Our name initially alluded to the tape in the cassettes we grew up on, the magic in first discovering music and playing it until the ribbon broke. Since then I feel that our name has taken on a different meaning. It is a journal into where we have been, it is about adversity, courage, strength, and chaos. It is about attempting to navigate the perils of simply being. Most of all, it is about survival and hope, until the ribbon breaks.
