It turned out we were not the only ones to check out Mitake yesterday!
One of the more popular areas around Tokyo...
on a sunny day with perfect conditions...
on a national holiday in Japan...
What exactly did we expect?!! ?
But despite the busyness the climbing and setting didn’t fail to impress and I managed to get a quick ascent of „Kanimushi“ a classic 8A+/8B.
Of course we finished the day off with a two hour conditioning session led by @アレックス・メゴス at @climbparkbasecamp and were lucky enough to bump into @stonerideryuji himself ?
