Awesome and very simple antipasto salad topped with a fresh dressing featuring FlavorGod ITALIAN ZEST Seasoning.

SALAD INGREDIENTS
1 heart of Romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup of fresh Italian parsley, chopped
6 oz (1 small jar) of artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup of jarred roasted red peppers, sliced into strips
1/2 cup olives
1/2 cup peppercinis, chopped
3 oz of sliced salami
3 oz of sliced prosciutto

DRESSING INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of FlavorGod ITALIAN ZEST Seasoning
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Pepper to taste

SALAD INSTRUCTIONS
On a large platter, assemble salad with lettuce, parsley, artichokes, olives, peppercinis, salami and prosciutto. Drizzle dressing over (instructions below). Serves 4

DRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Simply whisk all the dressing ingredients together until blended
