Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1.5 T sugar
1.5 tsp FlavorGod Gingerbread Cookie, ground
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 ts
1 puff pastry sheet, thawed

Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.
Set aside.
Cut the puff pastry into 9 squares.
Take 1 square and cut an inch and a half from each corner towards the center.
Fold over one corner to the center, pressing down gently.
Repeat with every other corner to shape into a pinwheel.
Add about a tablespoon of mixture into the center and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
Let cool for 10 minutes before eating.
