today was a special day in long island. i met and made a new friend, francesca (not pictured) francesca is 4 years old and currently going through chemotherapy fighting her battle with leukemia. we spent all day talking while holding hands as we watched and helped her teammates do gymnastics. francesca comes to the gym multiple times a week to work on getting the strength in her legs back as she fights this horrible disease. today was about francesca and little girls just like her being so strong and so brave battling cancer... a special thanks to @lucassportsinc @newimage_gymnastics + @sheryl.coleman one of her teammates pictured here for raising funds for @leukemialymphomasociety and francesca orlando to help her fight the battle... ??❤️❤️❤️ i will never forget this day, and i will never forget you, francesca ❤️❤️❤️
