Hey guys. So it’s that time of year again. That time that either makes you swoon and daydream of your crush ?, or that time that makes you want to go into isolation and cringe?. I’m talking about....*Valentine’s Day*. For myself, Valentine’s Day always brought up different emotions year by year. But what I have learned over time, is that it’s really what YOU make of it. If you have that special someone in your life, then that’s wonderful! And if you don’t, that’s wonderful too! Let’s make this Valentine’s Day about sharing love with EVERYONE. Sharing love with friends and strangers, family members and friendly acquaintances. Let’s just make Valentine’s Day about LOVE period!
A lot of people struggle. Some hide it , some don’t. And for those who do struggle, this time of year seems to exacerbate those feelings of loneliness and hardships. So let’s be more mindful of those people this year.
