Ingredients: For the crepes 4 eggs 60g Sugar Pinch salt 180g Flour 15g Matcha 600ml Milk 40g Melted Butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For the cream 300g Cream Cheese 60g Sugar 10g Gelatin 2tbsp Water 600ml Fresh cream Matcha for sprinkling .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Directions: 1. Make crepe dough. Add eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl and mix well. 2. Put the flour and matcha in a sieve, add milk, melted butter and mix well. 3. Warm a frying pan over medium heat and thinly apply the oil (outside quantity). Pour out enough crepe dough for one crepe, spread thinly while turning the frying pan. 4. When the crepe is cooked on one side, turn it over and heat it for about 10 seconds, place it on a dish and let it cool. 5. Shake gelatin into water and place in a 600W microwave for about 10 seconds. 6. Add sugar to cream cheese and mix until smooth with a hand mixer. 7. Add the gelatin from step 5, add whipped cream and whisk until it stands for around 8 minutes. 8. Spread a crepe on a dish and spread the cream, layer by layer, and chill in a refrigerator for 1 hour. 9. Sprinkle matcha with tea strainer and cut it to the size of your choice. 10. Enjoy! .
