Packing up a home and saying goodbye is sad and exciting and exhausting,
Committing to being honest with myself and feeling it all is hard work,
But it makes every experience feel rich
It makes life feel full.
What’s the point of numbing the emotion?
Feeling is underrated,
Sensitivity is collectivity muddled with weakness (or it has been in my experience)
But I believe the strongest people are the ones who are courageous enough to feel and to listen to the wisdom of their body and their emotion
