Let's start the week with Monday's act of kindness: A decade after he was homeless, and two years after he opened his barbershop Mr. GroomRoom in Southeast Raleigh, NC, William Winters gives back to those experiencing homelessness by offering them free haircuts, shaves, and hot-towel facials. He does this every Sunday from 12-3pm. Mr. Winters feels it is essential because grooming can boost someone's sense of well being. Winters left behind a life of drugs and alcohol, sleeping under a tree at the ABC Store right across the street from his shop, and wants to provide strength and hope to those in need as he was once in their shoes. What an incredible man, who is doing a truly wonderful thing xx
