We make our pasta fresh every day at @jamiesitalianuk using just four high-quality ingredients: Italian '00' flour, semolina, organic eggs and water. Nothing else. From tagliatelle, spaghetti, pappardelle, casarecce, linguine and more, we never use pasta more than 12 hours old and we don't touch the dried stuff.
