My Grilled Broccoli with Roasted Bell Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
?Bunch - broccolini
?Extra virgin olive oil
?Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper

Sauce ingredients:
?1 - bell pepper
?1 -cup - sun dried tomatoes
?3 tbsp - red wine vinegar
?1/2 cup - extra virgin olive oil
?1 tbsp - ketchup seasoning
?1 teaspoon - Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper

Directions:
?Roast bell pepper in oven with broiler on, or over open flame (carefully with tongs)
?Boil 1/2 cup water , add sun dried tomatoes, than turn off and let sit for 5 minutes.
?In a food processor or blender add: roasted bell pepper,sun dried tomatoes(and liquid), vinegar,Flavorgod ketchup, Flavorgod S&P and olive oil.
Blend till smooth consistency.
?Next ,Toss broccolini with olive oil and Flavorgod S&P.
?Grill Broccolini or pan sear if in side.
?Next plate grilled broccolini over sauce.
Garnish with Flavorgod Ketchup Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and micro greens.
