So over the last few days I’ve received lots of messages from you guys wondering if my new yoga app is suitable for beginners..the answer is YES! ??☺️
I’ve made a specific ‘beginners’ area for you with lots of different classes for you to try (including flexibility, strength, balance, and even inversions!) ✌? Each class is accessible to absolute beginners, or even those of you looking to brush up on the basics ??
There are also 6 other categories in the app that have lots of beginner level classes too!
I know yoga can be a bit overwhelming when you are a newbie and that’s why I wanted this app to help you learn at a comfortable pace with lots of instruction and of couse handy tips and tricks from me ?✌?
