?In my latest interview, I was asked "JNL, what is your favorite exercise", and the interviewer thinking I was going to say "Squats" or "Lunges" was taken aback when I said "Praying, praying is my favorite exercise." And its true, I start every day with prayer, and stay prayed up all day and end the day with prayer. There is nothing like bowing your head n gratitude, and giving thanks for all that you have, all blessings, past present and future. So may we all pray more, and complain/gossip and judge less!
