Todays Glute day with @getrightfitness went like this ? We did everything we typically do at the end in the beginning of my workout and boy it really shocked my glutes! ?Reverse Hyper Extensions 4 sets of 20 reps (slow and really squeeze the glutes at the top)
?Resistance Kickbacks 4 sets of 15 each leg
(Don’t fully extend the leg back and always squeeze)
?American Deadlifts 4 sets of 25 reps
?Band Hip Thrusts 4 sets of 15 reps
?Monster Walks 4 sets of 25 reps each leg
?Hip thrusts increasing weight each set 4 sets of 10-15 reps?
