Makes about 3 - Ingredients: ?1 pack - elbow pasta, uncooked ?4 tablespoons - butter or ghee butter ?1 1/2 cups - milk ?2 1/2 cups - cheddar  cheese, shredded ?1 cup - Parmesan cheese ?FlavorGod BACON or Cajun or Pizza Seasoning ?Panko crumbs ?1 - egg ?1 tablespoons +2 - flour - ?3/4 pound - ground beef / I grind cold steaks to make ground beef ?FlavorGod Salt & Pepper Burger garnishes: like bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion. - Directions ?Cook macaroni according to box directions, al dente. Drain and set to side. ?In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour and milk while stirring constantly. Stir in cheese and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thick. Turn off heat and now add cooked macaroni. ?Pour mac and cheese into rectangular pan or baking sheet and smooth into even layer (it should be about 1/2-inch thick). Place in fridge and Refrigerate pan for 1 hour. Remove pan from refrigerator. ?Using  round cookie cutter, (or upside down drinking glass) cut out 6 circles to create macaroni and cheese buns. ?Next dip circle Mac into flour than egg than panko crumbs. ?In a skillet over medium heat, toast macaroni and cheese buns for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown in color. ?Next make 3 patties with ground beef, Season with FlavorGod S&P and grill 4 minutes on each side or until done. Next build your burger and Enjoy!
