Ingredients:
2 cups raw almonds
1 large egg white
2 tbsp FlavorGod Honey BBQ Seasoning + extra for dusting
3-4 tbsp honey, melted
1 tbsp maple sugar, or other granulated sugar

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl, whisk the egg white until it becomes foamy. Add 2 tbsp of FlavorGod Honey BBQ seasoning and whisk until combined. Add the almonds and 3-4 (depending on sweetness preference) melted honey to the egg white mixture. Toss until the almonds are coated.

Spread almonds to a single layer on a silicone or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, tossing once after 10 minutes.

Remove the roasted almonds from the oven and add to a clean bowl. Add additional Honey BBQ seasoning and 1 tbsp maple sugar. Toss until the almonds are coated with the sugar mixture. Pour the almonds back onto the baking sheet and allow to cool completely in a single layer on the baking sheet.
