But late in the game today but yesterday I was so @officialntas obsessed I forgot to pop up my weekly #TransformationTuesday... And even better news- it’s pink themed! ??! Looool!! So I’m keeping it simple this week as that’s how I’m feeling, my advice is simple: - eat well 80% of the time (enjoy gin and cheese the other 20%.. yay! ??)
- find a type of training you love and can almost look forward to- don’t punish yourself in a gym if it’s not you.. go running outside, try hot yoga, grab your pals and give pole dancing a go- whatever floats your boat! Because if you don’t enjoy something, you won’t want to do it, that simple!
- Drink plenty water
- SLEEP!!! Get lots of it!! Whenever and wherever you can! Personally I love a nap! Little disco one in the afternoon! ??! Sleeping is when your body repairs and rejuvenates so don’t be afraid to embrace your inner sloth! And plus, I always say if you’re sleeping- you aren’t eating! ?? Enjoy folks... and good luck with your January goals!
