#lazymamacookinghack breakfast today. So I kept the “juice” from the roast chicken last night (such a waste to throw away!!) and wondered what I could do with it. And yes! Soup!??
In the morning, I scraped away the layer of oil, using the jello-like chicken essence as the stock for pot-au-feu. Threw in chopped carrot, onion, cabbage, potato (from last night ?) and herb sausages. Served with garlic toast and fruits. @cheesiepetit finished everything.? #cheesiemade #potaufeu #ポトフ
