Ingredients:
1 - portobello mushroom / cut into strips
1 - onion / cut into 1/2 rings
1 - egg / beaten
1 cup - panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup - flour / brown rice flour
#flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper
Garnish:
#flavorgod Ketchup Seasoning
Parsely
*optional - Parmesan cheese
#flavorgod Pink S&P

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425* Fahrenheit.
In 3 separate shallow bowls, add: egg, panko crumbs and flour. Beat the egg.
Season the flour with #flavorgod.
Next dredge the onion rings and mushroom strips in flour, then egg, than breadcrumbs.
Set coated rings and mushroom strips on a baking sheet with wire rack and brush with olive oil.
Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
