Friday: Hokkaido Milk Bread, a bit like a brioche, pillowy soft slightly sweet, it’s made with an interesting combination of a tangzhong bread roux and yeast that reminds me of my childhood ?? with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and honey from Michigan! that I found in a store on Wulumuqi Lu ??
