I made these yesterday for a recipe I’ve got going into @el_pais in February to coincide with the release of the Spanish edition of my book! ?? Crêpes freeze well so you can always make a big batch, separating them with parchment paper and just warming them through in a dry pan! #symmetrybreakfast
