Nothing is like competing the dedication and sacrifice is unmatched to anything I've ever done in my life. I often miss it and contemplate should I compete again!

Did y'all know I competed in 33 shows in a span of 3 years! 28 PRO shows and gracing the Olympia stage twice!?

Some of the best moments in my life were on stage to show off all the hard work was an unimaginable feeling! Being a 100% natural athlete is very rare in the sport of professional bodybuilding and often it can be intimidating especially now a days. But knowing what I stand for and not going with the masses is something I've always prided myself in. I don't believe in drugs and what it does to women's bodies in the long run. I can go on for days about this topic! But always stand for what you believe in and never fall to the pressures of life. Stand out and hold your head high!

I've been looking at the 2018 IFBB Schedule a lot lately...Maybe I'll jump back on stage this year! Should I do it!?
