I just wanted to tell you all a quick reminder to not be so hard on yourselves when it comes to over indulging on the holidays because we all do it!

I used to be the person who completely missed out on my moms tamales or aunties pozole because I was worried about my diet! But now I've learned to balance it by not getting too off track and getting back in the gym to work it off! -
Hope everyone had an amazing time with friends and family this Christmas! But now it's time we get back to work!
