INGREDIENTS:
?4-6 large - Idaho potatoes
?6 tablespoons - ghee butter or unsalted butter /melted / I use ghee butter
?12 - fresh or dried bay leaves
?#flavorgod Italian Zest
?4 tbsp- #flavorgod Cheese (vegan) seasoning
?1 teaspoon - #Flavorgod Himalayan salt and pink pepper/ or #flavorgod Garlic Salt

DIRECTIONS:
➡️Preheat oven to 425°F.
➡️Brush a 13x9x2" baking dish or cast-iron griddle with 2 tablespoons butter. 
Peel potatoes and trim ends (do not rinse). Trim all 4 sides of potatoes to form a rectangle.
➡️Using a mandoline (carefully) cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8" slices
➡️Place in prepared dish, fanning potato slices like flower petals. Evenly space out bay leaves between potato slices.
➡️Brush every layer with melted butter and sprinkle with #Flavorgod Cheese seasoning
➡️Drizzle with remaining butter.
➡️Sprinkle with a dash of #Flavorgod Himalayan salt and pink pepper.
➡️Bake, rotating the dish halfway through cooking, until the edges are crisp and golden and the centers are tender, about 50 minutes to  1 hour.
remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
*Discard bay leaves!
