Today marked the first time I was able to incorporate the 6mm into my @eva_lopez_rivera #MinimalEdge portion of #MaxWeightMED training ? A few weeks ago I could only hang this edge for barely a few seconds. Now it’s part of my combo sets ?? So psyched to see improvement!!

Note: I don’t use weight on the 6mm!! I’m currently switching between weighted hangs (60lbs) on the 12mm and regular hangs on the 6mm with plenty of rest. Play around with your own numbers until you’ve found the right weight for you - but always be cautious and don’t aim for 100% effort when choosing. .
