Do you stretch enough? It’s probably the easiest thing to train and flexibility is so useful for climbing yet somehow it’s so hard to be motivated for!! I’ve literally got no excuse not to be stretching. I’m still not weighting my finger so lots of leg work going on in the gym at the moment and lots of stretching too. Box splits here I come! I’ve been using a band (or ankle weights) to help me get deeper into this stretch.
