Yesterday we witnessed how a movement @timesupnow inspired millions of Americans. We saw it on the red carpet too. Fashion is a language that delivers a powerful message of who we are (or who we want to be). By using black the actresses and actors of Hollywood sent a message to the whole world that Time’s Up on silence, on waiting and on tolerating discrimination, harassment and abuse. Last night, watching and listening to @オプラ・ウィンフリー, @ReeseWhitherspoon, Nicole Kidman, @LauraDern, @デブラ・メッシング et al. made me think about the future of my kids. We all need to do our part to end discrimination and abuse in the workplace so our kids won’t have to endure this situation anymore.
