At home beginner workout!!!
For the ladies who are just beginning or wanting to make a start on January 15th with the @sweat challenge.... here’s a workout to practice at home!
These are TWO leg, ab and arm exercises (plus a plank) that you can do at home if you want to train #bbg style!! Try and do 10 reps per exercise for 3 rounds ☀️?❤️ 1️⃣ SQUATS 2️⃣ STATIC LUNGES 3️⃣ PUSH UPS (on knees) 4️⃣ TRICEP DIPS 5️⃣ ALTERNATING BENT LEG RAISES 6️⃣ LEG RAISES (modified) 7️⃣ PLANK (30 seconds)
