ステファニー・マリーさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ステファニー・マリーInstagram)「If you truly love nature, you will see beauty everywhere 🍃 This year was a whirl wind, Parts of me feel like moments moved like molasses & others... a gigantic black hurricane carrying witches who cast spells... but as I look back it wasn’t anything like that & it went too fast! Honestly This was a difficult year, I’ve struggled the most with my Crohn’s disease, it effects me in many so ways than a lot of people realize. Everything looks ok from the outside & that’s just what people assume. Although, I do the best I can while dealing with my symptoms I still feel like it’s held me back quite a bit. I told myself when I was first diagnosed, I’d never let it be an excuse to give up. As I look back, I’ve stayed strong, I’ve pushed through when I could have quit, I never used it as an excuse to not work hard in other areas of life. But, I know from experience sometimes while your in the moment, you feel like your not moving forward in life, like your not making any progress in the gym, like your not growing as an individual, etc... yes, I’ve had to change things up, reinvent myself & adapt to the hard times I’ve had throughout the year but, I promise you, if you just work hard, don’t create excuses, stop finding the easy way out & just DO IT. You will make yourself feel proud even if it’s hard see. We all have different paths, different passions, different outlooks & all I want to do is inspire, encourage, help, motivate, love & give. You’ve givin me more motivation this year to stay strong & conquer the amazing opportunities I’ve been given this year. We have so many years ahead of us, this is just ONE of them.
